Booking & Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-In/Out: Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM. Late check-out may incur additional fees unless previously stipulated.

Cancellation: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may incur a fee.

Occupancy: Maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed limit. No parties or events allowed without prior approval.

Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay. A refundable security deposit may be required.

Noise & Conduct: Please respect neighbors. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

Smoking & Pets: No smoking inside. Pets only allowed with prior written consent.

Liability: The property owner is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during your stay.

Use of Facilities: Guests use all amenities at their own risk. Follow all posted rules.
